Bold Iuminov Economic Plan Succeeds

GASZALASI — At the start of Lenja and Ivan Iuminov's first term as General and Deputy Secretary, they made bold promises to completely separate the Sentaran and Zilatran economic infrastructure which brought some concern, especially to our Sentaran friends on the other side of the Akus. However, the Iuminov Economic Plan has been a resounding success for Zilatra, and successfully pulled the country out of what some warned was an economic recession exacerbated by an over-reliance on Sentaran financial activity.

Under their guidance, the Citizens' Market was re-established and goods and money were centralized under Zilatra instead of being shipped off abroad to Sentara. Since this, state, communal, and personal finances have all drastically increased and economic activity is at an all-time high.

For reference, according to the last server-wide census conducted by the Demographics Guild, our virtuous ally of Adramis has almost twice the active population of Zilatra. In spite of this, according to information released in Adramis' recent Federal Audit, Zilatra has brought in far more than three times the money that Adramis has.

The effectiveness of the Ortangonist socialist economy in this respect is undeniable, and Zilatra's mastery of this system would not have been possible if not for the work of the Iuminov leadership in insisting upon the end to financial dependence on other nations. However, this extends to the average worker as well, as without their labor, we would all be nothing. By all accounts of international censuses, Zilatrans earn significantly more then the average Abexilan, putting every other country of remotely comparable size to shame.

The proof of this system's effectiveness was rendered in the recent General Secretary elections, where Lenja Iuminov successfully won re-election with 58.3% of the vote, and even their electoral competition recognized the success of their administration's economic policy under Commissar Sphinx Sphonx.

We would like to recognize the recently announced Workers of the Week for their accomplishment in helping exceed quotas by as high as 330%. The honorable workers include: Juri Nikitin, Ku Bahri, and Martmn.
