Farewell to a King (Not a Real King A Metaphorical King)
On this Sunday, the 18th, our beloved General Secretary, Yadal Krakhovich, has announced his permanent retirement from Zilatra and Stoneworks following the end of his term. The announcement comes due to great fatigue in his role and pressures in real life, forcing him to make the decision to leave.
Yadal Krakhovich, or Krakhov, spent 3 years in the USSE as a prominent and competent political figure in the government and People's Security Bureau. In his time he mande many friends, enemies, and allies, while developing his identity as a practical, pragmatic, generous yet frugal strongman who would not be ignored.
When the USSE decided not to continue into Abexilas, he came together with Ahudenya si Dal (Cherilyn) to continue the Xeroist spirit by founding the Zilatra XR. He led a fragment of the old Eldham community to follow his dream of a free peaceful Xeriost republic bereft of the old struggles and chains of the United Socialist States of Eldham. For more than five and a half months he has led us through struggle and success, peaks and valleys, managing us and allowing the people to grow from the seed he salvaged from Eldham into the mighty tree we have become. A tree to withstand the tests of time and reaction. To withstand corruption and aberration in the face of ignorance, greed, and malice alike.
And so, we, the Zilatran people, bid farewell to a pillar of spiritual and ideological triumph and hope as we continue marking our own path through the thick woods of history. He has taken us so far in, and it is up to us to maintain what we have made together. Krakhov will not be forgotten, and neither will his legacy. Let our victory triumph over the coming waves of time, memory, and revisionism as we trudge through the brushes of the way forward.
Farewell, Mr. GenSec. Thank you and goodbye, until we cross paths again.
