Lasaji-Transaria DMZ

Peaceful protestors on Transaria-Lasaji: "I DON'T THINK IT'S LAWFUL AT ALL" count responds: "THEY'RE ALL TERRORISTS"

Introduction
Recently, a controversy started because of the protests organised primarily by Kella, Kelitá member Alisa and ZSD officer Feuchterkeks. The protests focused on the ever-increasing tension between Transaria and Lasaji. Protestoers claim that their main goal is unity and peace between Zilatrans. Notably, the unarmed and unarmored protestors got killed by the mayor of Transaria and ZSD officer Mia Zikovika, Co-Mayor of Lasaji Count and ZSD official Hyra Kora.

"PEOPLE OF ZILATRA, UNITE AGAINST MAYORAL CONFLICT"

The event happened around ~22:40 in the Transaria-Lasaji demilitarised zone where several people protested against the tensions between Transaria and Lasaji. Protesters made sure to emphasise that, while they are protesting for peace inside Zilatra, they have no issues with wars against hostile nations or otherwise enemies of Zilatra.

Concerningly, the protestors who were unarmed and non-violent faced great consequences that were to some unjustified. The co-mayor of Lasaji, count, admits: "The People of Lasaji only acted in self-defence but I can't say the same about the police of Transaria, they opened fire first and it all got out of hand there." However, protestors rejected that claim too.

"I DON'T THINK ITS LAWFUL AT ALL!"

"We were killed while not even being in the DMZ, even behind the DMZ walls, we were being shot at and I was once killed by count in Transarian territory: Alisa adds "Then, Zaaki eventually came to the area and convinced Mia to make peace with the peaceful protestors, despite that, count continued to kill me even when I specified I was simply taking pictures".

Aftermath

Near the end of the protest, Zaaki intervened to stop the hostile suppression of the protest. He said, "If I see one more unarmed person dying here, the killer disappears." When protests ended, Alisa built a path to Lasaji and dismantled the berry defences in DMZ. After the events, co-mayor of Transaria and ZSD official Lënja Luminov made a public statement saying "I am going to ask that we collectively stop hating on Lasaji as a while".

Count responds to the protestors: "They are all terrorists, the like to talk about unity, but they only cause violence and we have never had any incidents before, have we?" he add, "First they destroyed government property, second some of them attacked us" while Mia refuses to talk, Hyra says: "It's kinda fitting that I'd suppress an anti-war protest while we're at war, I'm a ZSD official" and Hyra adds "Mia began with it. And she's my superior." Alisa talks about the issue: "Oh I don't think it's lawful at all. The whole Lasaji-Transaria conflict as a matter of fact, and the existence of the DMZ is controversial to begin with, but the murder of unarmed and peaceful protesters by an individual who is both a mayor and a ZSD officer, in my opinion, points to a severe issue of corruption and such individuals acting on behalf of their own interests rather than those of the people." And answers the allegations by "What was the DMZ protesting the nation from? it's own citizens? Besides, it was clearly useless as even a few unarmed and unarmored civilians were able to bypass it and destroy it in a few attempts. We were not terrorists. We killed nobody, we destroyed no lives, we only brought down the defences of the DMZ to pave the way for peace."

Relevant quotes from interviews

After being asked what her goals in Zilatra is, Alisa explains: "And lastly, 'my ideal' Zilatra is one nation of the dictatorship of the proletariat. Led by a unitary government with a community of culturally and ideologically united peoples. Ibelive that mayoral authority, and especially this case as an example is against that goal of a better, safer, and happier Zilaarra where we need not have DMZs between our communes and where we live happily with each other instead of merdering each other. We are close to that goal, but every day as communes separate from each other more and more, and as division grows more and more, we are drifting away from that goal."

When I've interviewed him, Count has told me a little about why he thinks DMZ is something he must protect. He says, "In chemistry, when you have two overly reactive elements you keep them separate. It is as simple as that" and elaborates on what he means as reactive (the grammar errors are on his side!) "We in Lasaji have been wronged by them maybe not all of the people, they have encroached on our land without asking, removed a building, and crossed the line. Enough is enough. We will not take it anymore. That is why the government used the DMZ to stop the fighting, and it worked at least, it used to work before today."
