NEW FALKA — After talks in the Zilatran government with Mayoral Councils discussing the optimization of communes, the city of New Falka is receiving a long-awaited beautification and redevelopment project.

Working with Mayor Bl5ck_C4t, the Construction Commissariat has completely overhauled the central part of the commune. The terrain of the city, the Southern portion of which was flagged by safety analysis crews as being at severe risk of seaside erosion and sinkholes, is also receiving beach restoration.

Modern high-density housing is set to be constructed, in addition to a park in the center of the city where the historic GONF's Tree is located, which was previously destroyed in part in order to create a plaza. Existing buildings have also been given new interior designs. Planned construction projects include a new Town Hall, more homes, a Museum of Falkan History, a Museum of Zilatran History, and a port.

Architects and managers working on the project are set to include Muskhva si Lasaji, Zaaki Ilietrosa, Vladilen Novotny, Erik Lehmann, and Samintra Bahri.
