Party Redistributes Membership

GASZALASI — Starting today, the Xeroist Union Party (XUP) under the Partisan Chair Alisa Nikitina is set to redistribute membership in the Party to ensure that Party membership is held amongst the most active and principled subset of the population.

Those who are not verifiably in any Zilatran claims, have been severely inactive in either the nation or Party for an extreme duration of time, and those who have propagated ostensibly anti-Party rhetoric are set to be removed from the Party. The vast majority of these people will be demoted to the Young Xeroist League, where through fulfilling the proper criteria, they can rejoin the XUP.

Nikitina, in addition to comrades Wanja Ivanovič, Dr. Ovonia Ronango'O, and others analyzed Party members on a case-by-case basis in order to determine what would be best for that individual. The mass order, the first of its kind, was approved of by the High Judge Szal si Ahuden.

As it currently stands, the Xeroist Union Party has 144 registered members. With this redistribution, around 40% of members will undergo redistribution. This means that the majority of members will be maintained, meaning their Party membership will remain intact. This is in large part, while drastic, to make sure the Party population is disciplined and committed to activity, and to apply pressure to inactive citizens to be more driven in their activity within the Party infrastructure.
