Party Undergoes New Reforms

GASZALASI — Under the purview of Partisan Chair Alisa Nikitina, the Xeroist Union Party (XUP) is undergoing a number of structural and organizational reforms.
After extensive discussion in a Party Working Group, a series of formal Rules of the Party were developed and voted upon by the masses resulting in its approval. Partisan Chair Nikitina is set to host the Third Party Congress soon to formalize these changes, have discussions about coming elections, and allow incoming Party officials to make statements and pose questions to the Congress.
With these wide array of reforms, instead of the top-down approach the Party was organized into previously, now there is much infrastructure for local Party affairs. Each Commune is now granted the ability to form a Primary Party Organization (PPO), in addition to the All-Union Primary Party Organization. These will be tasked with handling local affairs, advisory, and the formation of Party-related events. The first series of elections are anticipated to begin soon.
Additionally, the Young Xeroist League was formed serving as an educational and organizational body for those who have not yet joined the Xeroist Union Party. Instead of worrying if one's knowledge is good enough or not for the Party, now there is infrastructure in place which serves to specifically educate people on Xeroism and the proletarian movement, in addition to the orchestration of government affairs.
