Pickle Pirates Prance, Poor Pashas Paupered

HARJUBA - As of May 4th, the Sahriyan Civil War has continued to escalate and divide their empire. Numerous factions have emerged to attempt victory over the Sahriyan lands, while the Shah has struggled to maintain control. One such faction that has emerged has named themselves the Pickle Pirates, a coalition of corsairs and the Free City of Ishidkurkhelv formed against the Shah’s government. While they remain a new and relatively untested force, they claimed victory following their first major battle, leading some analysts to believe they have potential to survive the civil war once the dust settles. However, more time is needed before it can become apparent whether or not they can become a major player in regional politics, or a short-lived rebel brigand serving only to increase instability in the Sahriyan lands.
