Another Body found! - Serial Murders in Lasaji Continue!
Lasaji, Dalar Province — In the early hours of the morning, another body was discovered in the back alleys of Lasaji. The observant citizen, Comrade Nala si Ahma, who first came upon the scene during their commute to work, told The Crimson Quill that they noticed a suspicious figure leaving the area shortly before a crowd began to gather.
“At first, nothing seemed obviously wrong,” Comrade Nala reported. “I thought maybe they had passed out after a long night of partying. But then I saw the glass…” Upon initial inspection, the victim appeared largely unharmed, though the body was found surrounded by scattered glass shards—an unsettling detail that has become increasingly familiar in recent months.
Officers of the Zilatran Security Department swiftly cordoned off the scene and declined to comment. As of time of publication, the identity of the victim has not been released.
While authorities have not officially confirmed any connection, this incident bears striking similarities to a series of unexplained deaths across Lasaji. In each case, bottles or broken glass were found at the scene. The pattern began with the death of Zila si Yuna in the summer of 187 VE, followed by Azunae Smirnov and Vukita Jéda-Yasin in the autumn of the same year. Most recently, Yedula si Uhetim was found under similar circumstances in the winter of 188 VE.
With yet another life claimed and no answers forthcoming, concern is mounting among residents. Whether these deaths are the work of a single perpetrator—or something far more unusual—remains an open and troubling question.
