Third Time's The Charm

Only 4 years have passed since the Third Kelitá was elected. and it has quickly surpassed its predecessors. With the introduction of the K.B-27, the "Kelitá Cleanup Act", the Third Kelitá has passed 11 pieces of legislation, with the Second Kelitá having only voten on 10 and the First Kelitá on 6. What makes this better is that much more come.
Political analysts from the University of Zilatra, which include Premier Diogo Ronango'O who simultaneously works as a professor of social studies there, point to the relatively balanced combination of experienced & old and new & young among the membership.
Under this Kelitá, several important reforms, or at least influential have already passed. Such as the Commune Security Act, the Free Yopo Act which brought back the exiled Kwala Serebra, the Kelitá Information Act which seeks to make the government more transparent by foricing it to show the Kelitá its reports, and teh Vice Premier Act, which introduced a measure to ensure the funciton of the Kelitá continue even when the Premier is unavailable, in period where it is expected that the position will only be further empowered.
While the Third Kelitá has already proven its worth, the activity surge at the beginning of its term has seemingly died down, and usually, by this point in Stoneworks legislatures, the creativity dies down. Thus, journalists and analysts continue carefully observing it before the next election, which is far enough that anything could happen before their campaigning system season even begins.
