Following the reforms put in place by the new Commissar of Culture, it has been decided that the University of Zilatra be reopened to the public.

I'm really glad the our commissariat has been able to revive [the University]. I hope now the University will flourish and continue its work on educating our comrades. I am thankful to all the amazing people who have applied to be professors and student. I hope this is the beginning of a new, successful project! - Assia Drazan
