University of Zilatra Reopens!

Following the reforms put in place by the new Commissar of Culture, it has been decided that the University of Zilatra be reopened to the public.

I'm really glad the our commissariat has been able to revive [the University]. I hope now the University will flourish and continue its work on educating our comrades. All current positions in the University are been emptied, and are being filled by the populace, as well as previous professors being reconfirmed.
