Zaaki Nieves Apprehended!
The nation relaxes, after Zaaki Nieves has finally been captured by ZSD forces and civilian volunteers on an extensive manhunt across the nation of Zilatra. This comes as Zaaki Nieves has been accused of nine murders across several communes within the nation, causing mass panic to all Zilatran People.
The manhunt started within the Zilatran Security Department's Headquarters in Gaszalasi, where many civilians joined ZSD officers in searching through the nation to find the assailant. After an extensive search, he was located within the Western Regions of the country.
It was reported that Zaaki resisted arrest to begin with, fighting off several to evade their pursue. Fortunately, no ZSD officers or volunteers were permanently injured during the operation that took place. He was soon apprehended, along with Deputy Secretary Alison Shienok Bahri-Iletriosa, who is charged with impeding the course of justice after allegedly assisting Zaaki in escaping.
Both are currently within the fortress of Ebrim-Hasz behind bars, where they will be awaiting their trial for the charges they face. However, the date of the trial has not been announced as of now.
